Finally, online, live Improvement Planning is provided for Texas educators. SIMPL™ is a browser based service that enables schools and districts to produce and execute living Improvement Plans that fully comply with TEC and NCLB requirements.

The SIMPL Improvement Process

SIMPL™ gathers data from many sources and provides a multi-year, user friendly platform from which District and Campus Improvement Teams can continuously diagnose weaknesses and build living Improvement Plans. Our living plans can be adjusted at any time during the year as indicated by spot check assessment analysis tools and activities. This is not a “Check-it-off — Put-it-on-the-shelf” type planner. It stays with you the entire year, continuously helping you to keep on track and focused on what will produce the most improvement in your school.

At the click of a mouse, SIMPL™ produces a PDF formatted plan which is Web and print ready. Our service includes automatic archiving of current-to-the-minute, District and Campus Improvement Plans. The SIMPL approach enables us to track the district/regional approval cycles for our client’s plans.

SIMPL™ also facilitates periodic reviews of the current execution status for our plans by providing Campus Improvement Teams with an online, presentation ready “Objectives Status Review Agenda.” Status reviews are encouraged at least for the end of each significant assessment/grading period; Mid-course corrections resulting from these reviews are crucial to meeting and exceeding year-end organizational goals.
