At Risk Students

In Texas, the state data systems record only that a student is “At Risk” or “Not At Risk.”  In times past, schools recorded 13 Reason Codes for each At Risk child. Some schools still do this, keeping manual records of this condition.   The SIMPL™ At Risk Student Module allows logging At Risk students into one of  23 Reason Codes and remembers for each student when the event occurred.     The data is collected by the school via an interactive form provided with the service opption,  which also allows for a student to be removed from the status per TEC policy.   SIMPL™ maintains the data in a school local multi-year database and produces reports on demand for inclusion in Needs Analysis activities.
