Curriculum Benefits

  2. Provides data to ensure curriculum is aligned with TEKS and TAKS based on State testing results report.
  3. State Testing analysis reports provide statistics to insure teachers are equipped with appropriate instructional materials and instructional support based on performance, student group, grade level and subject.
  4. Reports show academic growth.
  5. Identifies staff development issues that align with the instructional program.
  6. Current curriculum is effective in classroom environment.
  7. Identifies if "content" specific staff development issues exist.

State Testing Coordinators Benefits

  1. Effective tool to easily retrieve data in order to better organize for upcoming state testing event.
  2. Provides pivoting tables to allow testing coordinator to sort and query recommendations quickly and easily.
  3. Compiles and calculates the number of assessments at each grade level to aide testing coordinator to effectively order testing materials.
  4. Filters provide a quick way of identifying incomplete or recommendations not in compliance state regulations. Allows coordinators to identify and take corrective measures in a timely manner.
  5. Tracks compliance issues and identifies problem areas with the administration and organization of the state-testing event.
