What is iOS shortcuts?

Simpl. shortcuts lets you combine multiple steps across multiple apps to create powerful task automations. A shortcut is a quick way to get one or more tasks done with your apps. The Shortcuts app lets you create your own shortcuts with multiple steps. For example, build a “Surf Time” shortcut that grabs the surf report, gives an ETA to the beach, and launches your surf music playlist. We design complex multi-step shortcuts to create smart business automations. Shortcuts can automate a wide variety of things—for example, getting directions to the next event on your Calendar, moving text from one app to another, generating expense reports, and more. Once you install a shortcut, you can simply summon Siri, then say the shortcut’s name to run it. Note: If you don’t see the Allow Untrusted Shortcuts setting, run a DEFAULT shortcut the shortcuts app and then go back to Settings. settings > shortcuts > enable untrusted shortcuts. Apple defines 3rd party shortcuts untrusted because they are not liable for their function or results.


Can I connect my data to other apps?

Yes, you can connect data to ther apps and other automation. In fact you probably have heard of Zapier. We connect to other platforms in a very similar path than zapier or we can even connect to your zapier if you already have one and save a lot of coding and time.


What is the beta program?

As a beta client, you have the priviledge of being part of our story by testing a complete custom solution designed for you at no cost while allowing us to gain information and feedback on your experience. After the beta ends, you will have an opportunity to stay on as a client at discounted rate.

What is an efficiency audit

We assess your business day flow, review systems and processes you execute to run your business and identify which are wasting time and resources. By having a blue print of your daily task we can develop a proposal outling where and how we can design shortcuts in your day so you can save time and money.

Can I cancel at anytime?

We work to retain you as a client but we do not have a contractual term and you may decide to leave us at anytime.

What is an automation?

Automation is a type of shortcut that’s triggered by an event, rather than manually. We design trigger paramaters based on your activity ie: your arrival, your departure, a setting on your iPhone, a time of day, and much more. For example: when you leave your home trigger an automation that scans your appointments for the day and sends them all a reminder text or email.

How much do email lists cost?

An email marketing list can cost between $100 and $600 CPM (cost per mille, the price for 1000 email addresses).
The price of an email list depends on the quality of the emails and the type of person that is on the list. Here are some factors that affect the cost of an email list:
A consumer list costs between $100 and $400 per thousand emails (CPM) A business list costs $600 to $1000+ per thousand emails (CPM) List prices vary based on who is on the list. An email list that is more targeted is more expensive. Business to business email lists are more expensive that consumer email lists. When you buy an email list, you typically only purchase a single use Reminder: CPM stands for “cost per mille,” or cost per 1000 emails



How to update

Updates will either happen automatically or by notification. If an automation has glitches you may at times have to delete and re-install it. To re-install an automation, visit the FAQs page here, updates will also be posted here in this section FAQs/updates.


We've updated our self setup automation. Click the link below to download and install it. When prompted to configure, please complete all steps so that you may enable all automation features. If you have the legacy, please update with the most current one and run the automation so that we have the most updated profile for your account. When prompted to replace or add both, please click replace so that you are sure to utilize the most recent automation.
